THE IGNATIAN JOURNEY SPRINGS COHORT FALL 2025
Practice Collective | Lori Shoults and Sibyl Towner
The Ignatian Journey Cohort will be offered this Fall 2025 at The Springs in Indiana. This group will be specifically for Spiritual Directors and spiritual formation leaders who are committed to taking a 32-week journey in community through The Ignatian Journey: A Contemporary Approach to the Spiritual Exercises. Each week of material will lead through the themes of the Exercises as they are presented in The Ignatian Adventure: Experiencing the Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius in Daily Life by Kevin O’Brien, SJ.
The 9-month cohort experience will consist of 4 retreats which will meet on the following dates:
October 6-8, 2025
January 26-28, 2026
April 27-29, 2026
August 3-5, 2026

This group will be specifically for Spiritual Directors and spiritual formation leaders who are committed to taking a 32-week journey in community through The Ignatian Journey: A Contemporary Approach to the Spiritual Exercises. Each week of material will lead through the themes of the Exercises as they are presented in The Ignatian Adventure: Experiencing the Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius in Daily Life by Kevin O’Brien, SJ.

Ignatian Training for Spiritual Directors
The Ignatian Center | Dale Gish
Consider The Ignatian Center’s Ignatian Training Cohort if you are a spiritual director wanting Ignatian training. This two-year training cohort gives you the knowledge, tools, and experience to lead others through the Ignatian Exercises. The training includes online training and an in-person training retreat with Dale Gish, followed by two years of support as you lead your first two groups of people through the Exercises.

RENOVARÉ INSTITUTE FOR CHRISTIAN SPIRITUAL FORMATION
Jesus showed us what it means to be fully alive, living in intimate connection with the Father, ministering in the power of the Holy Spirit. We're invited into that kind of life—life in the Kingdom of the heavens—right here and now.
The Renovaré Institute for Christian Spiritual Formation is a two-year online and in-person school designed to plunge you into that life.
Over the course of two years, students are guided in daily online studies, practice a variety of spiritual disciplines, develop a spiritual community with a small group of co-learners, and experience four-week-long learning residencies in a retreat setting.
Like all things Renovaré, the program is a blend of intellect and experience, of individual and community, of theory and practice, of charismatic and contemplative. It is deeply and unapologetically centered on Christ and rooted in the gospel of the Kingdom.
Cost: $4,750/year for the 2024-2026 Seattle Cohort.

TRANSFORMING COMMUNITY
Transforming Center | Ruth Haley Barton
A Transforming Community® is a retreat-based spiritual formation experience with nine quarterly retreats.
For over 20 years we have welcomed groups of men and women who long to experience God in the depths of their souls. Each retreat in this two-year experience includes substantive teaching on spiritual formation themes and practices, guided experiences with spiritual disciplines, and significant engagement in community with influencers from diverse backgrounds and theological traditions.
The content of each retreat is grounded in Scripture and in the richness and diversity of our Christian heritage. Reclaim practices and experiences that spiritual seekers down through the ages have used to open themselves to God’s transforming work.

DEEPER JOURNEY 10
Crosspoint Ministry | Clif Roth and Jim Cofield
Deeper Journey 10 is a two-year, eight-retreat experience held at Evins Mill east of Nashville, TN. It provides a comprehensive spiritual formation experience in light of the unique challenges of life and vocational ministry in the 21st century. These quarterly retreats offer an integrated approach of biblical theology and Christian psychology within a worshiping community. The experience includes worship, teaching, small groups, and personal time. Each retreat highlights at least one spiritual discipline and provides space for the engagement of the discipline.
Deeper Journey is designed for those who are serious about nurturing and protecting their souls. If this is what you desire and can give a day and a half every three months. We promise it will be well worth the investment!
